Principal, Alison Limb’s finance and banking career started in 1996 with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. During her time there, she specialised as a Credit Manager assessing home loans. While working at the bank, she observed that there was a need for knowledgeable and experienced brokers in the finance industry. Determined to make a difference and help people achieve their goals of home ownership, Alison became a finance broker in 2006.For the next four years, she gained valuable experience with off the plan property, inner city apartments and commercial property, serving clients throughout Australia and overseas. She continued her pursuit of providing an excellent customer service by launching Empower Finance Group in 2010. A strong customer focus and detailed knowledge and understanding of lending policies and loan products, give Alison the skills necessary to simplify the process for her clients to choose an appropriate loan and lender.
